My name is Maria Johnson. I am a Christian crochet thread artist. I am physically disabled with a condition called Arthrogryposis Multiplex Congenita. The condition affects all my major joints; most recognizeably, my wrists are crooked downward and can’t flex at all. They look a bit like hooks, and for crochet I use a hook, hence my name! My greatest love and passion is crochet doilies and filet. I cannot get enough. I want to share that love with the world!
